Toy Box Day Nursery is very proud of all the positive feedback that we get from our parents / carers. However we do have a complaints procedure which aims to deal quickly and efficiently with any complaints from a parent or carer of a child attending the Nursery.

A full Complaints Policy is on display in the Nursery entrance hall.

If a satisfactory conclusion to a complaint any parent/ carer may have is not possible through the Nursery then they should contact OFSTED to help resolve the problem on the following number.
